CareCredit
We're pleased to offer our Sacramento area patients the CareCredit® card, North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your treatments immediately — then pay for it over time with convenient monthly payments that fit easily into your budget. Now you don't have to save up for years to finally get the treatments you need or want.
Like a credit card, but better
CareCredit works just like a credit card, but is exclusive for healthcare services. With low monthly payments every time you use it, you can use your card over and over for follow-up appointments or different procedures. This means you don't have to put your health on hold until you save up enough money. We give you the power to decide when it's the right time for you. Apply here.
Insurance Information
Our insurance coordinators deal with many insurance companies. While we accept payment from various insurance companies, both in-network and out-of-network, many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. So that we may stay up to date on your available benefits, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you is current.
Patients are required to pay their estimated balance in accordance with insurance. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be the responsibility of patient.
Payment of Fees
Our financial secretary will be happy to discuss the details of payment methods. If insurance is involved, our staff will help determine the balance you would owe after insurance benefits are verified.
If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. Please call our Sacramento office at 916-419-4588 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.
